2. DEFINITIONS

  • Users: Any person accessing the Website.
  • Visitor User: Browses without registration.
  • Client User: Registered with advanced features (favorites, filters).
  • Advertiser User: Publishes escort ads.
  • User Content: Ads, photos, reviews, comments.
  • Paid Services: Featured ads, bumps, subscriptions.​

3. ACCEPTANCE AND UPDATES

Using the Platform means you accept these Terms, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy. Updates notified by email or on-site. Continued use implies acceptance.​

4. AGE RESTRICTION (18+ ONLY)

18+ YEARS REQUIRED. Strictly prohibited for under 18s. You declare under your responsibility to be of legal age with capacity to contract. We may request official ID + selfie for verification. False declarations = immediate ban without refund.​

5. REGISTRATION AND VERIFICATION

Registration requires: display name, valid email, phone with area code, city, password.
Advertisers: + full name, INE/ID + selfie + additional photos for identity/age verification.​

Account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure. Multiple accounts = suspension.

6. USER OBLIGATIONS AND PROHIBITED CONTENT

Users must: Comply with Mexican laws (sexual exploitation, trafficking, honor crimes, discrimination). Provide truthful data.​

PROHIBITED:

  • Any content involving under 18s (“teen”, “young girl”).
  • Sexual violence, non-consensual, bestiality, necrophilia.
  • Illegal drugs, weapons, hate/discrimination.
  • Third-party photos without consent or AI-generated to deceive.
  • “Revenge porn” or personal data without permission.​

7. REPORTS AND SAFETY

We may remove content, suspend accounts, and report to Mexican authorities (trafficking, minors, serious crimes). Priority to sexual exploitation and minors.​

8. PAID SERVICES

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
